Translation & Interpretation Services
The Language Services team supports student success by helping families access school information in their preferred language. We provide free interpretation and translation services so families can fully understand, engage in, and participate in their child’s education.
How We Can Help
Translation
We translate important school and district documents, such as:
- Letters and notices sent home to families
- Forms and reports
- Family guides and school communications
Translated materials help ensure families receive clear, accurate information in their home language.
Interpretation
We provide interpreters for school-related events and meetings, including:
- Student registration and enrollment
- Parent-teacher conferences
- IEP, 504, and special education meetings
- Disciplinary or academic meetings
Interpretation is available in many languages and can be requested by families or school staff.

Community School Outreach Coordinators
Community School Outreach Coordinators (CSOCS) help connect schools, families, and the community to support student success. They organize activities and programs to meet the needs of families, encourage parents to get involved in their child’s education, and work with community organizations to bring helpful resources to schools.
