Procurement and Contracting Services
Procurement & Contracting Services provides support to schools and departments for all purchasing, procurement and contracting activities, and is responsible for ensuring all procurement activity complies with public contracting laws.
For external customers
Salem-Keizer uses an online sourcing system called Salem-Keizer eBid. Firms that want to receive notification of bidding opportunities or want respond to bid solicitations must first register in the eBid system. There is no cost or obligation to use the eBid system.
To register, visit the eBid website.
Click on the supplier registration link and follow the prompts. You will receive a notification of bid opportunities for each commodity you select.
Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation in email. You must respond to this notification to finalize your registration. Your registration will then be sent to our office for review and activation.
After your registration is activated, you will start receiving notifications of bidding opportunities that match your commodity selections. Commodity selections and other information may be changed at any time by updating your profile.
