Salem-Keizer Public Schools and the Association of Salem-Keizer Education Support Professionals (ASK-ESP) have transportation recruitment incentives to attract and retain transportation employees. The transportation recruitment incentives are for new bus drivers who have not been previously employed as a bus driver with SKPS in the year of their new hire date. New bus drivers will receive monetary incentives based on time worked over the employee’s first year of continuous employment. Learn more about the new bus driving incentives here!
