Since July 2022, Yuriana Coronado and Caleb Roberts have joined the Community Relations & Communications’ engagement team to focus on developing new partnerships, while enhancing its current relationships.

“I’m very passionate about helping students and families in their need,” Yuri shared. “We are excited about the opportunities to engage with the community to provide support for students across all of Salem-Keizer Public Schools.”

“Community engagement is imperative to providing an equitable education,” Caleb added. “Districts gain so much support when their communities are involved in education and provide valuable resources.”

Yuri and Caleb work with the Community Relations & Communications Director on important initiatives. Yuri manages the district’s Spanish Facebook page and coordinate Student Engagement Cafes, and Caleb assist with planning and implementing the stakeholder engagement plan as part of the SIA community engagement initiative. Together, Yuri and Caleb are integral to the communications team and its overall efforts to help further engage with the Salem-Keizer community. See Yuri and Caleb’s bios below.
