About Preschool Promise
Preschool Promise is a free program available to children who will be three or four years old on or before September 10.
To register, please visit the East Salem Community Center at 1850 45th Ave NE or call 503-399-5510 with questions.
The program is held at 8 locations, each serving 18 children:

Each classroom is staffed with a teacher and a bilingual instructional assistant. Bus transportation is available to and from the program locations when possible.
Families must meet income guidelines to be eligible for the program. Interested parents are asked to submit an application form, and download the Preschool Promise flyer for more information.
