Meet Community Partners - Salem Leadership Foundation
When schools and communities work together, students benefit in meaningful ways. Salem Leadership Foundation partners with Salem-Keizer Public Schools and the community to help connect people, resources and care to students and families across the district.
Through Community Partnership Teams serving North Salem, Northeast Salem, South Salem, West Salem and Keizer, SLF facilitates connections between school staff, local businesses, organizations and faith groups who respond to real needs in schools and neighborhoods.

That support is often felt in simple but important ways. Whether through food and clothing resources, attendance incentives, staff appreciation efforts or support for school and community events, SLF’s partnerships help schools respond to varying needs. Each challenge is unique, but these connections help us focus on what matters most: ensuring students have the help they need to feel valued and supported.
