Her expertise has earned her recognition at the highest levels of state leadership; she currently serves as a vital member of the Financial Empowerment Advisory Team led by Oregon State Treasurer, Elizabeth Steiner.

While she was recently presented with the prestigious Financial Empowerment Educator of the Year award, Marcia’s true gift is her ability to translate that state-level leadership into direct action for the students she serves.
