Family Enrichment Night: Let's Make Elk Stew!
With Chef Laura Hofer, (Klamath Citizen)
- When: Wednesday, February 26, 2025, 6 - 8 p.m.
- Where: South Salem High School, 1910 Church St. SE Salem, OR 97302
- Featuring: Chef Laura Hofer will be showing us how to cook a tradition Elk Stew recipe
- Elk is a staple diet for local Native tribes of the region
- Dr. Carano will provide a relevant Geography lesson
- ONAEF will be onsite with CRC (formerly Goods360) items and a light dinner will be served
