Summer 2026 - Facility Rentals Update

Salem-Keizer Public Schools is preparing for the Summer 2026 facility rental season. Due to the limited nature of summer facility use and the familiarity many organizations already have with district rental procedures, the mandatory seasonal Tier 1 Youth Sports meeting will not be held this summer season.

Summer Season Information

• Season Dates: June 15-August 16, 2026
• Facility Requests Open in Facilitron: May 29, 2026

Holiday Rental Closures

All district facilities will be closed:

• June 19-21, 2026
• July 3-5, 2026

Summer Rental Hours

• Elementary Schools: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Middle & High Schools: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Custodial Fees

Custodial fees will apply:

• Friday-Sunday for all indoor spaces and stadiums
• Monday-Thursday after 4:30 p.m. for all indoor spaces and stadiums

Looking Ahead to Fall 2026

Mandatory Tier 1 Youth Sports meetings will resume for the Fall 2026 season. Organizations should plan to attend the meeting scheduled for July 30, 2026.
