Priority Scheduling Requirement
To maintain priority scheduling for school facility rentals, Tier I youth-serving sports organizations are required to attend quarterly mandatory meetings held before each rental period.

Organizations that do not attend will not qualify for Tier I scheduling priority for the upcoming season.
