Fall 2026 Facility Rentals Update

Fall Rental Season Information

• Season dates: August 17–November 8, 2026
• Facility requests opened in Facilitron: July 31, 2026

Holiday & Facility Closures

District facilities will be closed or unavailable for rentals on the following dates:

• School start-up: August 31–September 8
  No indoor or stadium rentals are available during this period.
• Labor Day weekend: September 5–7
• Conferences/inservices: October 9 and October 28–30

Fall Rental Hours

Weekdays

• Elementary schools: 5–9 p.m.
• Middle and high schools: 6–10 p.m.
• Fields may be available beginning at 5:30 p.m. when scheduling permits.

Weekends

• Elementary schools: 7:30 a.m.–9p.m.
• Middle and high schools: 7:30 a.m.–10 p.m.

Custodial Fees

Custodial fees apply to all indoor spaces and stadiums on weekends and non-school days.

Tier 1 Youth Sports Organizations

Mandatory Tier 1 Youth Sports meetings are required for organizations participating in the Tier 1 program. The Fall 2026 meeting was held on July 30, 2026.

Information about the Winter 2026–27 Mandatory Tier 1 meeting will be posted on the Facility Rental webpage when the meeting is scheduled.
