Sodexo School Meals Satisfaction Survey

Gaining student feedback is essential in ensuring the success of Sodexo’s child nutrition program. We have created a customer satisfaction survey to help collect accurate feedback from our students, parents and guardians.

This quick five-minute survey will gather quantitative and qualitative data about the child nutrition program which we will use to enhance student experiences.

About The Survey

• This is a nationwide survey used to gain insight from school districts across the country.
• Surveys are completed twice per year, fall and spring.
• This is a smart survey – the survey will tailor the questions based on how participants answer initial queries.
• The survey is available in English and Spanish.
• Survey results will be stored in a secure Sodexo system.
• We will not collect any personal information from participants.
• The elementary survey targets parents and guardians.
• The secondary surveys target parents and guardians and/or students.
