- Operate fast-paced restaurant and food service venues such as the CTEC Café and catering services.
- Opportunities to engage in work experience with industry partners in various locations, earn a spot on a ProStart competition team, and obtain industry certifications (Food Handler Card, ServSafe, OLCC).
