Culinary Arts and Management Program Description:

  • Express individual creativity as part of a team that develops entire meals, creates unique dining experiences, and delivers great customer service.
  • Cook alongside professional chefs in a modern commercial kitchen setting to prepare a variety of global cuisines.
  • Operate fast-paced restaurant and food service venues such as the CTEC Café and catering services.
  • Opportunities to engage in work experience with industry partners in various locations, earn a spot on a ProStart competition team, and obtain industry certifications (Food Handler Card, ServSafe, OLCC).
