How to Get Notified of Bid Opportunities
Salem-Keizer Public Schools uses an online sourcing system called Salem-Keizer eBid. Firms that want to receive notification of bidding opportunities or want respond to bid solicitations must first register in the eBid system. There is no cost or obligation to use the eBid system.
Visit Salem-Keizer's eBid Website to Register
- Click on the supplier registration link and follow the prompts. You will receive a notification of bid opportunities for each commodity you select.
- Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation in email. You must respond to this confirmation email to finalize your registration. Your registration will then be sent to our office for review and activation.
- After your registration is activated, you will start receiving notifications of bidding opportunities that match your commodity selections. Commodity selections and other information may be changed at any time by updating your profile.
For Employees
Training and information on procurement will be available to schools and district departments on the Purchasing & Contracting Services page on Insight 24J (in development).
