Central Stores Online Catalog offers expanded features and benefits.

• The ability to save or print a PDF version of our catalog.
• The ability to search and refine that search when looking for a specific item.
• Favorite lists can be created from the items that you order the most. These lists are user specific and can have items added to or deleted from.
• Order management and tracking. Users can view past orders and see their status.
• Email confirmations are sent when orders are submitted.
• Pricing and descriptions are regularly updated from our financial system.
• Material safety data sheets available online.
• Annual orders for the next fiscal year can be submitted by entering a required date of after July 1 of the next year.

To support a large school district, Central Stores warehouse stocks items that are regularly needed in schools and offices. Stocked items always meet safety, quality and price requirements.

Savings

Central Stores warehouse offers cost effective pricing by combining our buying power with you – our customers. This enables us to restock our warehouse for much less. These savings are then passed on to the individual customers through our competitive pricing.

Central Stores accepts authorized returns within 45 days of receipt.

Credits are not offered for specialty paper, clearance, used, obsolete, or damaged material, packages that have been opened and partially used or material that cannot be sold as new.

How to Return an Item

1. Notify Central Stores of your desire to return.

2. Central Stores will issue an RMA#.
3. Attach a copy of the packing slip to the return form with the items being returned clearly marked.
4. Re-box the items to be returned and attach the return packing slip and RMA to the box. Write the RMA# on top of the box.
5. Select the appropriate option below to return the items:
   • Salem-Keizer Public Schools – Place the return in the school or department’s designated location for pickup.
   • Willamette ESD Delivery – Give the return to the WESD driver to deliver.
   • External Customers – Contact Central Stores for information.

Central Stores will confirm receipt of the return, inspect items, and credit your account. Contact Central Stores with any questions.

For customers outside of Salem-Keizer Public Schools (Oregon School District 24J), Auxiliary Services offers delivery services. Orders are packaged and delivered to the designated location as individual purchase orders indicate. Please contact us for more information at 503-399-3333.

If you are within the Willamette ESD service area and would like to start service, please contact the WESD Facilities department at 503-588-5330.

Central Stores orders are shipped to customers through our Delivery Services, Willamette ESD Couriers, and UPS. Routes may change based on inclement weather or school breaks. If shipments are small or urgent, UPS may be used.
