Central Stores

Salem-Keizer Auxiliary Services asks customers to register as part of our cooperative. Contracts are not necessary and there are no registration fees.

1. Complete an Intergovernmental and Nonprofit Agreement for Auxiliary Services agreement. 
2. Send a completed Intergovernmental and Nonprofit Agreement form to:

3. Upon Salem-Keizer Public Schools’ approval of the request, an account number will be assigned to you.

Central Stores online catalog SKStore features helpful tools for members including:

• Order tracking - Order management and tracking including view past orders and see their status.
• Confirmations in your inbox - Email confirmations are sent when orders are placed.
• Get real-time pricing - Pricing and descriptions are regularly updated.
• Safety standards - Material safety data sheets available online.
• Order ahead - Annual orders for the next fiscal year can be submitted by entering a required date after July 1 of the next year.

We offer delivery services for customers outside Salem-Keizer Public Schools (Oregon School District 24J). Orders are carefully packaged and delivered to the location indicated in your order. For more information, please call 503-399-3333.

Those within the Willamette ESD service area who would like to initiate service, please contact WESD's Facilities department at 503-588-5330.

Central Stores orders are dispatched to customers through our Delivery Services, Willamette ESD Couriers, and UPS. Route adjustments may occur due to inclement weather or school breaks. For small or urgent shipments, we may utilize UPS.

Central Stores accepts authorized returns within 45 days of receipt.

Credits are not offered for specialty paper, clearance, used, obsolete, or damaged material, packages that have been opened and partially used or material that cannot be sold as new.

How to Return an Item

1. Notify Central Stores of your desire to return.

2. Central Stores will issue an RMA#.

3. Attach a copy of the packing slip to the return form with the items being returned clearly marked.

4. Re-box the items to be returned and attach the return packing slip and RMA to the box. Write the RMA# on top of the box.

5. Select the appropriate option below to return the items:
   
   Salem-Keizer Public Schools – Place the return in the school or department’s designated location for pickup.
   Willamette ESD Delivery – Give the return to the WESD driver to deliver.
   External Customers – Contact Central Stores for information.

Central Stores will confirm receipt of the return, inspect items, and credit your account. Contact Central Stores with any questions.
