Search District Documents
This policy defines academic integrity, cheating, use of AI, and data security.
In adherence with Oregon Senate Bill 819, this policy establishes what “abbreviated school day” means for students with disabilities (IEPs or 504 plans). The policy requires documenting alternatives, ensuring meaningful access, holding regular review meetings, and gives parents the right to revoke consent.
This policy centers on academic achievement and communicating academic progress and barriers with parents and guardians.
Salem-Keizer Public Schools athletic programs are accessible to all students, including transgender, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming students.
Students, staff, and district visitors shall be provided access to gender-specific facilities at school consistent with their gender identity. Access to private facilities based on privacy, safety, or other concerns will also be made available to the extent possible.
This policy outlines the district's commitment to resolving public complaints in a timely manner.
