Salem-Keizer Public Schools (District 24J) is a large, diverse K-12 public school district serving students in the cities of Salem and Keizer, Oregon. Founded in 1855, we are currently the second-largest district in Oregon, educating more than 40,000 students across 65 schools.

Strategic Direction: Climbing Together

Our 2025–2027 Strategic Plan outlines clear priorities for strengthening student outcomes and supporting staff, families, and communities. This plan was developed collaboratively with community input and sets goals for equity, academic growth, and wellbeing.
